The BakhtarFelez Company registered in  1985 , in Kermanshah province general registration office by the number 1441. then in 1990 succeeded in obtaining industrial licenses from the Ministry of Industry in connection with the manufacture of various types of oil tankers, air reservoirs , grain silo and dual-use resources expanded .

Then, by completing its products, including types of heat exchangers, coil sources, sand filtry machines, the operation became the Ministry of Industry and was honored by the Association of Iranian Facilities.

Also, in 1999, by the permission of development license, the Ministry of Industry also added a variety of profiles to its products. and became a member of the Syndicate of Profile Manufacturers.
